In my journey I have tried different types of therapies. All of them have benefited me in some way: some have had a greater impact, others have simply brought me balance and hope in a difficult time, but I value all of them and continue to use them, even though I am now also a therapist. I will share a little bit on how I experienced the influence of each of them in my life:

Radionic Table: I used it on three occasions, with two different professionals. The first one rebalanced me so that I could face the moment I was passing through. She prescribed me some florals. The second was quite assertive, managing to see what the role of that difficulty was in my life and telling me I was about to get over it. This information was very important so that I did not give up on my dream.

Aura Reading: I also used it with two different professionals: one’s guidelines served me a bit like a compass. The second differential was the feedback I gave her. As I told her that I was studying Anthroposophy, she gave me an exercise: drawing the life I wanted. About two months later, that drawing was like a photograph of what my life would become.

Access Bars®: As well as being a therapist, I use this therapy as a reset when I am going back to my old way of thinking and acting. For me, it also functions as an energy burst: after the session I feel more prepared to use my potential. And I always use Access® questions and their way of thinking as a guide for my path and my interaction with the world.

Transpersonal Therapy: I did a pack of 12 sessions that helped me to realize that I do not need to absorb more knowledge. I have what I need; all that I need is to put it into practice by sharing it with the world. It also helped me to be more aware of a holistic idea of life: my feeding influences everything else; my sleep, my sex.

Multidimensional Therapy: I use for issues that I consider to be karmic; questions that seem to me much bigger to be solved than by the use of willpower. For example, before I would have a hard time charging for my work. After two sessions of Multidimensional Therapy, I received a very clear message on the subject. Today, I do not charge when I feel it is the case, but I do not refrain from charging because of the customer´s scarcity thinking. I understand now that this is a belief that he has to heal himself, and that cannot be transferred to me. I also attend to clients remotely.

Coaching: Helped to go for my goals in a more practical way, and also with thinking about the world in terms of finding a solution instead of just looking to the problem. Talking about the problem is sometimes necessary, but we need to move to the next level.

MBTI®: It helped me to accept my personality: I am an introvert and this is not a defect. It made me understand the different facets of my personality and how I can use them in my favor. I also understood better what are the situations that cause me stress and those in which I do not use the best of myself, which allows me to avoid or prepare for certain situations.

Astral Map / Solar Revolution / Kabbalistic Numerology: Helps me plan better for the year ahead of me, and also how to use the energy of that year to achieve what I want. It especially helps me to focus. Last year, for example, my focus was on communication, mostly through videos.

Bach flowers: I’m using it to deal with issues related to self-esteem and proactivity.

The bottom line for me is that all therapies bring some benefit. None of them will give you guarantees – sometimes the role of a therapist is to rebalance the patient so that he can find the best tool, only this, but this work is very important. The main thing in my view is that the person is open to therapy; that he comes confident that the therapist has his cure as a priority. Two people working together get a far better result than one doing all the work alone.
