Coaching and Counselling

Before we start with coaching, we will have a talk about what it is you want to achieve and what you can expect from a coaching engagement. It’s also an opportunity to find out more about me as a coach and learn more about the coaching process that we will adopt, to realize your goals. This conversation is free of charge.

If after this talk, we agree to work together, our journey will be focused on results, and will normally last 10 weeks (or less, if you have a specific goal).

  • Session 1: this is where we will set up to 3 inspiring goals that you agree you are motivated to achieve. Either you have these already in mind, or we will get to them together, after having a look through your life;
  • Session 2: we will set some strategies for achieving the goals you have set, and establish the first actions that will help you get there;
  • Sessions 3 to 10: here is where we really role up our sleeves, following up on your progress, setting new actions and making necessary adjustments that will keep you on course to succeed.

For better results you can also ally coaching to the MBTI® assessment working on specific issues like communication, stress, managing conflicts, emotional intelligence.

All sessions will be held by skype.

Counselling

Do you need someone to help you regularly in every day life situations, without a specific goal? Would you benefit from controlling your emotions, manage better your time, or just find a different perspective than the one you usually come up with on your own?

By coaching the “moment” we have a weekly or fortnightly review of your life situation and work on what you want to improve or develop. Here the goal is to learn to make new connections to help deal with all situations in life in a better way.
