“We are spiritual beings living an earthly experience.” When it comes to healing, what does that mean?

It means that healing must begin by considering the individual integrally, extending it to his four bodies: the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Recognizing this integration and harmonizing these bodies is critical to the success of healing.

The blockages that prevent us from fully realizing our potential on earth and feeling at peace, originate on a spiritual and multidimensional level. Problems related to self-esteem, disharmonious relationships, dealing with feelings related to loss (mourning, divorce), disputes (inheritance, custody, problematic separations), healing repetitive patterns and limiting beliefs, chronic pain, and inner child healing, all could and should be addressed at all those four levels.

But what is Multidimensional Therapy?

In my spiritual search for meaning, I found a valuable tool in Multidimensional Therapy.

This is an energy therapy that, respecting the law of free will and acting through the heart chakra, allows the healing of the four bodies, working with the energies of love, peace and forgiveness. It is, in fact, a therapy of elevation of consciousness, where the therapist acts as a channel. Being an energetic tool, the service can be done by distance.

The therapy was born in 1989 in France, by Hélène Abiassi, who channeled the Light Beings, and later by the Portuguese João Paliteiro.

The first session lasts about 1:30h: a conversation to clarify the needs of the patient, around 50 minutes in which we work the healing and then have a report where therapist and patient exchange what they felt during the session.

In the first session, patients usually report a sense of peace and relaxation. The therapy is subtle, and it is important to be aware of the signs that the Universe brings with regard to what is asked for the Light Beings.

When we decide to incarnate in a physical body, we make various agreements necessary for our evolution. After a while, according to our merits, some of the contracts made become unnecessary, and we can ask the Light Beings for their release and learning through love rather than pain.

An example of an agreement made in other lives can be seen in a relationship where one party is no longer content but does not understand why it cannot get rid of that bond.

As far as a physical treatment is concerned, I personally believe that it is related to the emotional cause of the disease, and one of the roles of the therapist in this case is to investigate this in his conversation with the patient.

As a therapist and life coach, it is possible to use the two tools together to combine healing with acting, as the spiritual paths are being released.
